At Beracah, every piece of jewelry is created with care and intention. Our healing bracelets and jewelry, crafted using 925 sterling silver and genuine 22-karat gold plating where specified, are made to order, with select pieces personalised or customised especially for you.

As each order is prepared specifically for our customers, we request that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Made-to-Order Jewelry

All Beracah products are made to order. As our jewelry is specially prepared for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection by the customer.

We encourage you to carefully review the product description, materials, design, and customisation details before placing your order.

2. Returns for Defective or Damaged Products

We take great care to ensure that every Beracah product reaches you in excellent condition. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product due to an error on our part, please contact us so that we can investigate and assist you.

To help us assess your claim, please follow these steps:

  • Record an unboxing video: Make a clear, continuous video while opening the parcel, showing the unopened package, shipping label, and the jewelry as it is unpacked.

  • Report the issue within 48 hours: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number, photographs of the product, and the unboxing video.

  • Keep the product unused: Please do not wear, alter, or attempt to repair the jewelry before the issue has been reviewed.

Once we receive the information and verify the claim, we will communicate the resolution. For approved claims, we will arrange a refund or another appropriate remedy, as applicable.

Please note that the unboxing video helps us assess claims but does not override any consumer rights available under applicable law.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

Since our jewelry is made to order, we begin preparing your purchase specifically for you.

  • Before production begins: Cancellation requests may be considered if work on your order has not started. Please contact us as soon as possible.

  • After production or customisation begins: Orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled because materials and work may already have been committed to your piece.

  • After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Please ensure that your order and any personalisation details are correct before completing your purchase.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are considered for verified cases involving defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products attributable to Beracah, subject to applicable law.

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to the processing timelines of the payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges, if any, will be handled in accordance with the circumstances of the claim and applicable law.

Refunds are not ordinarily provided for changes of mind, personal preference, or incorrect customisation details supplied by the customer, except where required by applicable law.

5. Natural Variations in Jewelry

Minor variations in the appearance of gemstones, crystals, and handcrafted elements may occur due to their natural characteristics and the jewelry-making process. Such variations are not necessarily defects, provided the product conforms to its description.
